Cancellation Policy

This website is owned and managed by Wholesome Harvest Company, operating under the brand name “Farmers Mill.”

Cancellation initiated by customers

As per our policy, once an order is placed through the website, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. If a customer wishes to request a cancellation, they must contact our Customer Support team at +91-8826313986 or email us at support@farmersmill.in. Please note, Farmers Mill reserves the right to decline any refund for cancellations initiated by the customer.

Cancellation initiated by Farmers Mill

 Farmers Mill reserves the right to charge operational fees for orders that must be cancelled on behalf of the customer due to reasons beyond our control or not attributable to Farmers Mill or its partners. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or falls outside our designated delivery zone.
  • Inability to reach the customer via phone or email at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to deliver due to insufficient information, directions, or authorization from the customer at the time of delivery.

In the rare instance that a product in your order is unavailable, we will contact you using the phone number provided to notify you of the unavailability. You may then choose to:

  • Modify your order, in which case you will receive a refund for the unavailable item’s final price after any applicable discounts, or
  • Cancel the entire order and receive a refund of up to 100% of the total order value.

No additional charges will be applied in such cases.

Refund Policy:

As a policy, Farmers Mill discourages return and refund requests.

However, customers may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The package is found to be tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, as confirmed by Farmers Mill personnel after a thorough evaluation based on the company’s quality standards.
  • An incorrect item has been delivered that does not match the product ordered on our platform.
  • Farmers Mill has initiated cancellation of the order due to reasons outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. If a product fails to meet your satisfaction, we recommend discarding it in a manner that is both environmentally responsible and socially considerate.

Customers must report any order- or product-related concerns within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@farmersmill.in or calling our customer support at +91-8826313986. We aim to respond within 24 working hours.Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account using their original payment method. Farmers Mill’s decision regarding refunds will be final and binding.
